WakeBolt Terms of Use

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These terms apply to your use of WakeBolt's website and iPhone app. WakeBolt is provided for waking up and morning accountability. It is not a medical device, sleep-stage tracker, or guarantee that you will wake up on time.

Apple Standard EULA

The WakeBolt iPhone app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom license is provided. You can review Apple's Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

WakeBolt Pro subscription

WakeBolt is free to download and set up. WakeBolt Pro is required after onboarding to create alarms and use the app's core features, including alarms, missions, App Block, streaks, Insights, widgets, and related functionality.

Monthly and yearly plans may be offered. A free trial may be offered. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and any trial details are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account Settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

App permissions and reliability

WakeBolt may ask for permissions such as notifications, AlarmKit, Screen Time / Family Controls, camera, microphone, and speech recognition. Some features require those permissions to work. Alarm reliability can also depend on device settings, volume, focus modes, battery state, network conditions, iOS behavior, and whether the device is powered on.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use WakeBolt for emergency, medical, or safety-critical needs.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with app scheduling, blocking, or mission verification.
  • Do not misuse support channels or submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Use camera, microphone, and Screen Time features only where you have the right to do so.

No guaranteed results

WakeBolt is designed to make dismissal harder and mornings more accountable, but it cannot guarantee that you will wake up, stay awake, avoid oversleeping, or complete any particular habit.

Changes and availability

WakeBolt may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. Some features require iPhone with iOS 26.0 or later and may vary by device, region, permission status, or subscription availability.

Privacy

Your use of WakeBolt is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
